*Smell: Typical sake, no fruit bite or anything…just pure cold quality sake.
*Look: Classic milky sake

*Overall: This is quality sake that is unflavored with anything to mask the qualities of its fine filtering. I picked up a hint of the wood barrels it was created in. There is a certain immediate bite on the tongue, and then it goes down smooth. There is no outstanding after taste, just a clean quality. If you do not like flavored sakes this is certainly the sake for you.
